This page explains the cookies used on vimblu.com and in the Vimblu web app at app.vimblu.com, what they are for, and how to change your choice.

Vimblu is run by Tukbear Studios Ltd, a company in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@vimblu.com.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work. Others, like analytics cookies, are optional, and we only use them if you agree (see Where we ask).

Other things stored in your browser
- Signing in to the web app. When you sign in at app.vimblu.com, your session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. This is needed for the app to work, and is removed when you log out.
- The contact form. To keep out spam, the form on vimblu.com uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of a bot when you send a message.
Where we ask
If you visit from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you choose Accept all. If we cannot tell where you are, we ask too.
Everywhere else, analytics cookies are on from your first visit, and you can turn them off at any time with the button below.
Before you choose, and if you reject, the page still tells Google Analytics that a visit happened, without cookies and without anything that identifies your browser. Google uses this only for overall counts.
What Google Analytics tells us
Which pages were visited, how people arrived (for example from a search or a link), roughly where they are (country and city, worked out from the IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), and what kind of device and browser they used. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not send it your name, email address or anything from your profile.
Google Analytics is provided by Google, which processes this data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. We keep analytics data for 14 months. You can read how Google uses it at policies.google.com.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time:
- On vimblu.com, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
- In the web app, go to Profile and choose Cookie settings.
- You can also delete cookies in your browser's settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on.
Rejecting deletes the Google Analytics cookies already in your browser.

Write to hello@vimblu.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and its date, and ask you again where your consent is needed.
